Proof of concept: the sample VRM model's textures were repainted into a Sabrina edit (blue-black hair, garnet eyes, her red top with black V panel and gold pendant) — same rig, so every pose and expression still works. Lines are spoken with the browser's built-in voice; a proper character voice is a later step.
